Ingredients
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Small Steaks, about 4-6 oz. each
Directions
Place the steaks in a ziploc bag.
Mix the four remaining ingredients, then pour the rest into bag.
Marinate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally to fully cover the steaks.
Grill until desired done-ness. Enjoy the bursting flavor!
Notes: I made another batch of the marinade and used it as a sauce for the potatoes - it was delish!
